OUR PRODUCTS
All of our Cheeses are produced on the Joseph Heler Farm in Crewe, Cheshire. They have a key team that create and innovate new concepts and flavours for our products that are produced at Lymn Bank.
Waxed Truckles
We produce a range of award-winning waxed truckles through various brands such as Mouse House Cheese. We currently create a range of contemporary and traditional truckles available in different weights and waxed colours, but are always venturing into new projects. Paving the way on innovation, we can offer a new product, that not marinating exceptional quality but being unique to the market.
Thermoformed Cheeses
Bringing a key range of flavours in our barrel range, they are highly recognised across the UK market and are popular for export due to their smaller weight and flavour variety. We offer over 15 different flavours in our 145g barrel range, which includes fruity, spicy, strong and herbaceous.
Vac Pack Cheese
Bringing our award-winning recipes in retail formats available under our brands or white label. We offer logs, half-moons and deli wheels.
CONTRACT SMOKING
Maintaining our roots, here at Lymn Bank we still traditionally smoke on site in our Smokehouse undertaken in our high care production facility. We partner with businesses to smoke their cheese, as it allows them to have a great quality product that is prepared to the best standards. Please get in touch if this is of interest for us to do.
