OUR STORY

Lymn Bank Farm, hidden in the Lincolnshire Wolds, is known for its expectational cheeses that have been produced for nearly two decades. Started by Stephen Grinstead and his children, Gemma and Matthew, Lymn Bank has grown tremendously throughout the years to be who we are today.

Lymn Bank Farm originated from traditionally smoking cheeses, then began venturing into production of waxing and becoming one of the top waxing specialists. We have a site designed to produce a range of formats such as waxed, thermoformed as well as having a state of the art smoking facility.

Lymn Bank has seen exceptional growth on capacity throughout the past decade, seeing an increase 400% increase from 2021 to 2024 which is done to large investments within the business. Although we have grown significantly over the years, Lymn Bank is still run by Gemma and Matthew, who still maintains its traditional roots by still traditionally smoking cheddar on site in our High-care facility. Lymn Bank Farm is now a direct farm to fork manufacturer, which began from its partnership with Joseph Heler cheese at the start of 2022, allowing us to maintain the highest quality product and paving the way on innovation. Due to the exceptional growth a Lymn Bank we have been able to expand our customer base and allowing us to hold our own in the retail sector.
